Our registered capital is CNY 20 million, covering an area of over 133, 000 square meters, and currently has more than 200 employees. At present, Guanjun Company has four production lines for wood pulp composite spunlaced nonwoven fabrics, the annualdesign capacity of 17300 tons. Our main components of the production equipment are imported from Germany, we using international advanced technology and raw materials such as wood pulp, polyester, polypropylene, and viscose to create a new generation of environmentally friendly cleaning materials.

Main products: White wood pulp laminated spunlaced non-woven fabric, colored wood pulp laminated spunlaced non-woven fabric, embossed hexagonal pattern spunlaced non-woven fabric, mesh wave pattern spunlaced non-woven fabric, spunbonded wood pulp laminated spunlaced non-woven fabric, non-woven fabric for wet wipes, pearl pattern jacquard non-woven fabric, etc. The products are widely used in industrial wiping, civilian wiping, sanitary materials, medical and other fields with high tensile force, uniform surface, strong water absorption, and good wiping effect.

Phase IV Special Spunla Composite Cleaning Material Project

The first line has the annual production of 3000 tons, which was put into use in 2013. The equipment upgrade has been completed in 2021. After the upgrade, the annual production has been 3800 tons, mainly produces embossed raw fabrics and colored printed fabrics woven fabrics.

The second line has the annual production of 4500 tons and was put into use in 2015. It mainly produces blue and white electronic wiping non-woven fabric, medical non-woven fabrics, and sanitary materials nonwoven fabrics.

The third line has the annual production of 4500 tons and was put into use in 2018. It mainly produces wet wipes, colored printed fabrics, pearl pattern jacquard fabrics, and embossed non-woven raw fabrics.

The fourth line has the annual production of 4500 tons and was put into use in August 2021. It mainly produces electronic wiping nonwovens, embossed raw fabrics, and degradable non-woven fabrics.
